about the competition
Welcome to the So Close To Home competition, in partnership with VisitScotland and the Daily Record.
Have you got a fantastic Scottish holiday snap? Or a photo of your favourite place in Scotland? Perhaps you've recently enjoyed a great Scottish day out? Or have a great photo of an iconic Scottish landmark?
If so, get your photos uploaded to www.soclosetohome.co.uk and be in with a chance of winning the second of three fantastic prizes.
The site is easy to use - just upload your pictures and join in the fun, add your comments to other people's pictures, rate them and keep a note of your favourites. If you see a picture you know a friend would like, it's easy just to send the link to them.
Once all entries have been received, judging will take place and a winner will be selected by a panel from VisitScotland and the Daily Record. Winners will be notified by e-mail within 2 weeks of the closing date.
So, it's cameras at the ready and send us your favourite Scottish pictures!
